Quite an atypical bibimbap - the rice is flavored (with oil? turmeric? not sure) and there are fewer vegetables. This is generally a heavier dish than normal bibimbap, and the soup is miso that is pretty strong as well.

These are so warm and comforting! Tofu pockets with sweet potato noodles and vegetables inside, immersed in a smooth broth - each bite is tasty and satisfying.

Again on brand for this restaurant, these dumplings are creative but tiny and expensive! I thought they would be like gyoza but instead this is a tofu-like kimchi flavored filling with a thin, transparent wrap. Definitely interesting but more pretty than filling!

I could not for the life of me envision what this dish was from the description, and turns out it's mashed potatoes, but more wet and crystallized, on top of mushrooms. Quite an interesting dish but not really worth the price and the taste is just mostly mushroom.

These were REALLY spicy - the fact that this is Korean cuisine should've clued us in😂 They were delicious though! Warm, soft mushrooms wrapped in a crisp and flavorful shell. This would go great with rice or noodles.

I didn't expect these "pancakes" to be deep fried - it was a bit too much along with the ginseng tempura😂 The filling is nice though, just with some simple veggies like cabbage and corn. Plus there are some deep fried leaves as well (we couldn't tell what they were...🤣). It's a fun dish but maybe order some lighter dishes to accompany it.

Wow, never even thought of making tempura from ginseng since it's such an expensive ingredient😂 Personally I do like the flavor of ginseng so I think the deep fried batter covers the taste a bit too much, but this is a very novel and exciting dish nonetheless! Makes you feel fancy just picking up whole pieces of ginseng off a plate to eat😋

This is so creative and delicious! I rarely see ginseng dishes except ginseng and chicken soup or in tea, and I've never seen it used in a dessert before. The ginseng flavor is prominent in the syrup and there are even ginseng slices on top! The pancakes are soft and fluffy and my parents couldn't tell they were vegan. Overall it was a tasty dessert that feels both fun and fancy.
