Always love some dried mango, and we bought this in Thailand so it tastes extra good.

A pretty simple French bread inspired loaf with some walnuts. I love the texture though, it was super soft and chewy when fresh! Forgot to take a photo after I bought it haha.

This toast is quite nice, with a chewy texture and a shelf life of a couple days. Nice to see frankly labeled vegan options in a local bakery.
