The Nomads is a contemporary and experiential Central Asian fusion omakase-dining concept.  Pioneering an eclectic cuisine in Singapore, drawing strong culinary influences from China, India, Central Asia & Southern Europe blossomed with South-east Asian flavours.

The Nomads SG

Maitake Mushroom is a one-bite starter in the 11/17 course menu. Maitake means hen of the woods. It is glazed with tahini (sesame paste) and charred on the open fire grill with some Georgian spices. Very earthy and smoky flavour. 🤤
