We initially came here for vegetable dumplings, but unfortunately they didn’t have them on that day. So we asked chef to make some rice and tofu for us. It was a bit bland and plain. We added some sweet chilli sauce to it and it was ok.

I love eggplants, so this gets my vote! It was sweet and crispy😋

This was average. The sesame sauce seemed too sweet, but overall an okay dish.

This was delicious! Quite oily, but who cares! Comes with sweet chilly sauce.

This is at a hotel Alatau where we stayed. It’s nearby Park Hotel.
They don’t have a menu as they rotate dishes every day but they can make vegan stuff upon request.

This was so spicy 🌶️ People in Kazakhstan don’t take spice very well, but nice to see that it’s possible to find something like this!
