Garlic and adjika marinated mushrooms skewers prepared on an open fire grill🤤😍 I really enjoyed how thinly onion was sliced and gave a mild punch to the taste.

The sorbet was easily my favourite in the lunch set. The basil powder (idk what it is) tasted like white chocolate that melted in your mouth. And the strawberry sorbet was so intense unlike ANY I’ve ever had in my life! 😍

Delicious rendition of a vegan risotto. We particularly enjoyed the buckwheat tempeh that was crisped up in such a lovely way! They use cashew butter for the sauce too.

Such a fab dish — rich and creamy #vegan risotto perfectly balanced out with fresh bits of fruit and charred broccoli. Definitely go try this if you can manage to get a reservation!! #sgvegan

Packed with lots of different flavour, every ingredient brings something different. Felt like I was Remi’s brother on Ratatouille, for those who remember the scene where Remi tries to get his brother to pair different things together instead of chomping on down everything 😂 Swipe right to see the hugest wine glass I’ve been served!

A very refreshing fruit sorbet (I can’t remember if it was strawberry or pomegranate flavour) and it is served with shaved celery snow! Definitely a super creative desert! We had as a part of the lunch menu, so it’s a little different from the dinner version.

So yummy and beautifully presented!! Loved how the #pita was both crisp and soft at the same time, and the baba was nicely seasoned and fluffy. Cilantro and chili sauce added a unique flair and cleansed the palate between bites 👌 #veganlunch #fusion

Came here for an 11 course meal for @elliott96’s birthday! Lovely bread and dips served. We were also given another sauce/dip which was packed with flavours as well. Also love the presentation with the cool bowl and pebbles.
