Light and refreshing, our fruit sorbets are made in-house. Naturally flavoured with pomegranate, watermelon, strawberry (even celery!), this palate cleanser packs a tangy punch and are served during or after our tasting menus 🍓🍉🍒

The sorbet was easily my favourite in the lunch set. The basil powder (idk what it is) tasted like white chocolate that melted in your mouth. And the strawberry sorbet was so intense unlike ANY I’ve ever had in my life! 😍
