The broth on this had so much flavor, the tofu pieces were soft and silky like, the mushrooms were tender, and I think the green leaf in it may have been a seaweed? But it was good, And I can never get enough scallions. Everyone is probably sick of seeing so many sushi rolls!🤣 This roll was another favorite. This has vegan tofu tempura, avocado, cucumber, carrot, cashews with Thai basil cilantro, mint and red onion and peanut sauce. This was so good and the flavors were great. This would be another roll I highly recommend. #veganuary

This roll surprised me the most. I was anticipating it would be very plain, but this had such a delicious, strong, fresh flavor. It had very fresh bib lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avocado, shallot, and the most delicious smoked tomato paper with vegan mayo. The flavor was phenomenal and would definitely order this roll again! #veganuary

The horrible lighting doesn't do this roll justice. It was incredible. It had bbq eggplant "eel," avocado, pepper, pineapple, Thai basil, masago caviart and sweet soy sauce. This place also is so beautiful inside and would be the absolute perfect date night spot. #veganuary

I have never had vegan sushi like this! It even had vegan caviar! This roll was delicious. I was surprised I even liked the vegan tuna. This also had shallot, cucumber, cilantro and avo! We got these during "happy hour" so rolls were about $2 cheaper. The lighting was not our friend, we were unable to get a window seat with natural lighting, but the color and presentation of the rolls and the beautiful platters was pure art! #veganuary
