I loved this soup. It soup itself isn’t as heavy as it looks. There is no cream added just cauliflower and potatoes that make it rich and creamy! Most of the flavor was in chickpeas, but i would have loved it with or without them...a nice compliment, though.

This was a fairly easy dish to make and it was really good. The flatbread was a good side to have for dipping. Loved the dollops of cashew cheese for a lot of added flavor and especially loved the crunch of the crispy shallot topping.

Very good, but almost a little too heavy for a lunch for me. It was very filling that I wasn't really hungry at dinner. Regardless, it was tasty and felt very healthy!

Very yummy and super fresh. Please note I got to add extra beets to my dish as the other person I was serving is only allowed a limited amount of beets in their diet.

This was really yummy, but I advise not to put the garlic toast in your soup unless you like soggy bread. My favorite part was the horseradish crema, but I would have totally used it as a spread because it was so yummy and got lost in the soup. Also, I wish there was more of it, of course.

This is definitely a fan favorite! So so good, AND it was fairly easy to make. Only request would be for more herbed cashew cheese to spread.

OMG, I loved this! I didn't make it look pretty but the flavor was soooooo good! I would definitely use this as comfort food. May have taken a little bit longer than other recipes, but so worth it.

Wow! This was so much better than expected. Make note that the pickled onions make each bite. I did the happy dance while eating this whole meal, lol.
