Review of Roasted Red Pepper Shakshuka with Za'atar Tofu & Crispy Shallots at The Purple Carrot by jiscilla
This was a fairly easy dish to make and it was really good. The flatbread was a good side to have for dipping. Loved the dollops of cashew cheese for a lot of added flavor and especially loved the crunch of the crispy shallot topping.
