Laura Nadia77条评论the seitan wings here are the best! they cycle out a few varieties of flavors you can get, this one is like a vegan "honey mustard". the texture is "meaty"/ pleasantly chewy and a satisfying savory palate. I'm not a fan of ranch but the ranch they give you with these is soooo good. Generous portions with this one and they def give you enough sauce. no sad dry seitan here! so good.Miso-Maple-Mustard Seitan Wings
Laura Nadia77条评论ok this might be the best tempeh I've ever had. they braise it so it's softened and not bitter or overly nutty, then the gochujang flavor is the perfect kick, similar to sriracha but a more complex and not overpowering flavor. eyes rolled to back of head. 10/10Gochujang Tempeh
Laura Nadia77条评论oh my gawwwwd. I was having a foodgasm with this one tbh. No slimy mushrooms here-- so delicious. I love how it's plated, perfect portion, and the aioli adds such a nice balanced flavor when you mix the last bites together. I also like how the entrees are good "date" plates-- easy and simple to eat without making a fool of yourself lolrosemary & balsamic roasted portabella
