the seitan wings here are the best! they cycle out a few varieties of flavors you can get, this one is like a vegan "honey mustard". the texture is "meaty"/ pleasantly chewy and a satisfying savory palate. I'm not a fan of ranch but the ranch they give you with these is soooo good. Generous portions with this one and they def give you enough sauce. no sad dry seitan here! so good.
