This is the probably my favourite restaurant in #Shanghai and I have been here more times that I can count, and in the last visit before coming back to Europe we decided to try something new, this double #mushroom dish with #vegan oyster sauce. The darkest mushrooms tasted like they were dehydrated mushrooms that had them been re-hydrated, as the flavour really exploded in your mouth, mushroom after mushroom. The #umami game here was strong🍄🟫
