Ah I love this restaurant and all the things they make with the simplest ingredients. This was our cold #appetizer of #vegan duck, I used to eat often the fried version of this, but it was a very warm morning for being autumn, and I had just walked a lot, so I proposed the cold version, and I paired with some cold tsingtao #beer and it was *insert chef’s kiss* .
