Description: Stuffed pasta, white miso sauce, hazelnuts, parsley oil, lemon and pea shoots. Presentation is incredible, but I am italian and I do not really understand this raviolo. The “soup” is really beautiful, but not a match for raviolis. The reviolo itself is good, ricotta has a fresh point thanks to the lemon.🍋 But I wouldn’t recommend it. #ravioli #madridvegano #madrid #mudramadrid #veganisnotscary

Simple main ingredients: Boletus, chanterelles and truffle. I’m italian 🇮🇹 so quite an expert in risotti eheh and this is good. The original recipe expects parmesan and butter, they created and incredibly tasty and creamy one without those ingredients. Chapeaux! I would repeat! Cheesecake de dulce de leche de coco del restaurante Mudrá Plant Based, en Madrid. Tampoco me pareció que tuviese un sabor muy destacable. La textura es bastante agradable, pero no es un postre que repetiría.

Ceviche nikkei de mango, leche de tigre de coco, pepino, cebolla morada, crujiente de tapioca, maíz y alcaparras, del restaurante Mudrá Plant Based, en Madrid. No me gustó nada. Sentí que texturas ni los sabores, que considero que no casan nada bien y si pillas determinados ingredientes solos es hasta desagradable. El crujiente lleva un especiado arriba que pica mucho, el pepino, la cebolla y las alcaparras pasan desapercibidas en cuanto al sabor… no entendí este plato, la verdad

Nos sorprendió muchísimo la mezcla de sabores y el toque dulce nos hizo pensar en este plato como algo que se acercaba más a un postre que a un entrante o plato principal.
