Description: Stuffed pasta, white miso sauce, hazelnuts, parsley oil, lemon and pea shoots.

Presentation is incredible, but I am italian and I do not really understand this raviolo.

The “soup” is really beautiful, but not a match for raviolis.
The reviolo itself is good, ricotta has a fresh point thanks to the lemon.🍋
But I wouldn’t recommend it.
