Mana’s desserts are the height of decadence. 🤤 This cake is so rich and creamy. But it’s not too sweet. And is there anything better than chocolate + peanut butter? By the way, we’re two months out from the Maui wildfires. The entire island is still in recovery mode and will be for a long time. But respectful visitors are welcome throughout the island except for the devastated area of West Maui. The beautiful Wailea resort in South Maui is a good home base for visitors. From there you can take day trips, including to the North Shore, home to Mana Foods and the amazing @leilanifarmsanctuary. ❤️ #mauistrong #mauivegan #gluttonousvegan

I used to not have much of a sweet tooth. Then I became exposed to Mana’s delectable vegan desserts. I’m glad to be hooked on them! I’ve always loved sweet potato. And creamy haupia is just decadent. So this is one of my favorite dessert dishes. #MauiVegan

This dish is more of an enchilada bowl than an actual enchilada. But it doesn’t matter—it made for an awesome dinner tonight! It’s totally cheesy but not at all greasy. And it’s just another reminder that vegan Mexican food might be greatest gift we have. 🥰

Mana has a juice & espresso bar that I rarely get to enjoy because it’s only open during the day & I do my grocery shopping at night. But I was free on Saturday morning & dropped in to enjoy this hearty, tasty, chocolately protein shake. Make sure to ask for the vegan version of the protein powder. It’s disappointing they even offer the non-vegan option—especially because they call the espresso & juice bar “Maka.” That’s the name Mana used for its former vegan restaurant up the street. I may have to send an email. 😀 #MauiVegan

Mana’s deli has plenty of clearly labeled vegan items. The BBQ Tofu is my favorite. Pair it with another item from the deli—mixed veggies, roasted potatoes, or brown rice—and you’ve got a nice meal to take to the beach. Mana is in Pa’ia, off Hana Highway, on the way to Leilani Farm Sanctuary of Maui. #MauiVegan

So simple, wholesome, and satisfying, the baked tofu at the Mana Foods deli is worth a special trip to Maui’s North Shore. They prepare it with tons of nutritional yeast. And the first thing I do when I get home is pour on even more nooch! Call me a stereotypical vegan with my nooch obsession, I don’t care, it tastes great. 😂 #MauiVegan

Mana Foods is one of Maui’s best grocery stores - and there are always plenty of great vegan items at the deli. I tried the tapioca pudding for the first time yesterday, and I liked it so much I got it again today.
