Baked Tofu

So simple, wholesome, and satisfying, the baked tofu at the Mana Foods deli is worth a special trip to Maui’s North Shore. They prepare it with tons of nutritional yeast. And the first thing I do when I get home is pour on even more nooch! Call me a stereotypical vegan with my nooch obsession, I don’t care, it tastes great. 😂 #MauiVegan
