
I would describe Fittie Sense more as a place for health freaks that happens to provide the odd vegan option, and less as a vegan-friendly establishment π₯Ί It shows in their macros (helpfully listed next to every menu item); this is the only option with a respectable protein count, every other protein-heavy option contains meat or fish π The vegan section is basically just fibre fibre fibre π I did somewhat enjoy this dish, in particular the #tempeh and the pulled #jackfruit, which were nicely spiced/seasoned. The #spinach, #avocado, #sunflowerseeds, and whatever else were nice support acts π I obviously chose the #buckwheat #quinoa option over the cauliflower, because #carbsforlife πͺπͺ
