Chili Non Carne

#chilliconcarne (or veganised into its non-carne form 😏) with a choice of #mixedgrain #rice for normal people and then #cauliflower #tabouleh for the #toohealthy 😏 This was the girlfriend's choice 🤷‍♂️ From what little I had of it, it seemed very mild and unspicy, with the #chickpeas and #beans left to drive most of the flavour. Not my kind of thing but maybe you'll like it 🙂

Filling and tasty, although the chili wasn't spicy at all and consisted mostly of chopped tomatoes and chickpeas. It felt like it was missing something - could have done with some lentils, maybe, and definitely could have been spicier.
