This is a seasonal menu item that I knew I had to try. It was so good, and the #strawberry buttercream was silky and #nottoosweet. It had strawberry puree in the middle which was vibrant and tasty. I didn't taste a strong #matcha flavor, but overall it was very enjoyable! 🍓 #matchalover

I like Cafe Manna, they are just on the spendy side for me. These raw nachos tasted good. Needed something for takeout that would travel well. These consisted of dehydrated corn chips, shredded lettuce, spiced nut meat, raw “refried beans”, cashew sour cream, turmeric nut cheese, guajillo salsa, and house-made guacamole Can tell a lot of work goes in to Cafe Manna dishes, so I understand the higher pricing. #bringbackdates

I don't usually opt for raw dishes, but I had these before and knew they were good. The chips have a bit of sweetness to them. I loved the #cashewcheese and sour cream. All house-made and very enjoyable! Pricey though at $19. #nachos

This #bibimbap is a seasonal offering at a local restaurant. The #veganmeat was made of #jackfruit and had a pleasing texture. There is fried rice at the bottom. I do wish it had been less salty so I could taste all of the elements and flavors of the dish. I likely would not order it again due to that, but it was fun to try!

This #vegangyro is a newer item for this local restaurant, and it was so delicious! It contained housemade #seitan that was very well seasoned. It was well salted but a perfect balance mixed with the fresh veggies and soft pita. The #sweetpotato wedges were just okay.. a little soggy but still tasted fine. Overall, I'd get this again with a different side.

Totally blown away by this delicious burrito bowl from Café Manna! It tasted as good as it looks. Shredded romaine and kale form the base of this bowl. The other ingredients include cilantro lime rice, pinto beans, roasted sweet corn, jackfruit asada, avocado and guajillo salsa. All this is topped off with jalapeños, avocado-lime dressing and microgreens. I especially loved the jackfruit asada! The bowl was a bit pricey at $18, but I got 3 meals out of it so that made it a decent value in the end. Highly recommend!

Divine! This dish contains lightly breaded cauiflower combined with lots of other veggies and udon noodles in an orange tamari maple sauce. I added tofu as well. It was quite flavorful but not too salty, and definitely enough for two portions. Cafe Manna is a go-to "special occasion " restaurant, as it's a bit pricey but they go the extra mile to make the food memorable, and tons of vegan options. #cauliflower

The tu-no filling in question is made mostly of sunflower seeds, but the sandwich itself is pretty filling without making me feeling too full. Delish. My side preference? Garlic brussel sprouts. The restaurant is plant-based with plenty of vegan options.
