Raw Nachos at Café Manna — .'s Review (Jul 19, 2025)

I like Cafe Manna, they are just on the spendy side for me. These raw nachos tasted good. Needed something for takeout that would travel well.

These consisted of dehydrated corn chips, shredded lettuce, spiced nut meat, raw “refried beans”, cashew sour cream, turmeric nut cheese, guajillo salsa, and house-made guacamole

Can tell a lot of work goes in to Cafe Manna dishes, so I understand the higher pricing.
