The star of this was the potatoes, which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The second star of the plate was the wrap itself—you can buy wraps to take home, and I did. Someday I will ask how the wrap is so amazing! The inside of the burrito is tofu, veggies and vegan cheese. On top is your choice of salsa—this is black bean and garlic. Tastes like home to me!
