Dinner Platter #2 at Casa Nueva — echrstine's Review (Jan 5, 2020)

I love the vegan enchilada platter! The cheese sauce is really creamy and flavorful. I love that it’s a little different every time I get it because they fill it with seasonal vegetables. This is a very hardy dish and I always leave with leftovers.
