Vegetable Tray

I love this tray! Definitely a serving for 2 people. They don’t use any substitutes

in any of the rolls, just plants and tofu! The tray is so creative and well presented. The only cons are that it didn’t come with wasabi and ginger, and the smaller maki rolls get a bit boring since there’s so much of them.

This dish was a lot of fun to eat with trying all the different types

of sushi, the best sushi I’ve had to mention. The ones on the left hand side, the first and last one were my favourite, delicious and creative!

Amazing presentation and everything was delicious!
