Vegetable Tray at Yua Japanese Bistro — Chen's Review (Aug 9, 2021)

I love this tray! Definitely a serving for 2 people. They don’t use any substitutes in any of the rolls, just plants and tofu! The tray is so creative and well presented. The only cons are that it didn’t come with wasabi and ginger, and the smaller maki rolls get a bit boring since there’s so much of them.
