Vegan U-Mian Dry

Came here to try this signature dish before they are gone for good (other outlets still open). Verdict: Love it!! Chewy flavourful noodles, HUGE heap of Chinese spinach, fish tofu, mushroom and crunchy fried bits. At $6.50, I think the price is pretty worth it

I love the U-Mian Dry Noodles. It is so flavourful that I will not get sick of it. I have been eating this dish since they were operating in Circuit Road and they are very generous with the Chinese Spinach. Go for their Ban Mian version too if you like dry noodles as much as I do. The Boss Billy is also very friendly and he often chat with the regular customers.
