Olive Tomato Meatball Pasta

This is my favourite dish at this restaurant. The pasta is just perfect. The vegan meat balls is from Omni meat, so it's allium-free. I have it with additional ketchup, the waitress knows what I want, so automatically brings it out. 😋 Very good for carb-loading, for my Ultra run coming this Saturday. 👌

I added tempeh to the dish, which is a great choice! 🍅🥦🍝 I really like enjoyed how the flavors of the tomatoey base springy spaghetti comes to father with the lightly salted crunchy brocolli and the seasoned with not sure what chewy omni balls. Omni already comes with flavour, but I'm quite sure they seasoned with some other herbs or some thing! 😘

I loved this!! The marinara sauce was tarte, the meatballs could have been more thoroughly cooked, but overall the dish was cohesive. I especially enjoyed the angel hair pasta!!
