Pretty awesome and kinda healthy vegan mac n’ cheese. I got mine with steamed broccoli.
The cheese in here was perfectly creamy. I did add a bunch of salt and pepper and hot sauce to add flavor. Would probably try the other stuff before ordering this again! Watercourse was the only restaurant that was packed up and down 17th! Go Vegan!
I'm a tough critic when it comes to vegan mac 'n cheese because I have
not yet found one to rival my own homemade mac 'n cheese. While this was definitely good, I felt the cheese flavor was a little lacking and the consistency of the sauce was a bit too watery. It didn't stop me from eating the whole cup of it though! The breadcrumbs on top were a nice addition too.
One of my favorite Mac and cheese recipes! They changed it for awhile and it
was very dry and sad but now it's back to its former glory. It's delicious! Kind of an Asian flavor to it because it's made with coconut milk I believe.
