vegan caesar salad

Very tasty version of a Caesar salad and obviously very beautiful. For me it could’ve been a tiny bit more filling

I really appreciate it. The original dish should have been with mushroom, but they ended them and substituted with a fantastic grilled tofu (i think it is present as halloumi in the menu). This part was the most tasty on the plate. Cherry tomatoes could be avoided as non seasonable product (beginning of April) and they have essentially a decorative scope.

Vegan version of Cesar salad, it should have been with fried mushrooms but they had finished them so they substitute them with smoked tofu. The final result was tasty and the seasonings were well balanced
