Went vegan around five years ago, best decision I’ve ever made 🌱 I also travel a lot so will be reviewing dishes from around Europe :)
Soooo IKEA does do veggie meatballs 😅 I took the fries instead of mash (not sure if it had any milk in it) and be sure not to take the cream sauce they usually put with it. The cranberry jam is really nice with all of it
Vegan and gluten-free waffles right next to the Brussels grand place! The vegan cheese they use is not the best in my opinion but they’re still very nice. They are also so filling we couldn’t have a sweet one next so beware. more
Need to ask without eggs!! You can ask the pad Thai with tofu. There’s a lot on the menu that’s marked with a green leaf but it just means vegetarian. There also a pad Thai with eggs so I made the mistake to assume there more
Nice warm starter. I recommend eating the crispy tortilla first before it gets soggy.
Small little Mexican restaurant with vegan options. You have to specify to have your dish without cheese or cream and they did seem a little confused about it but it was fine in the end. It was nice but not the most amazing more
My favourite vegan dish from Zizzis (at least that’s not pizza). Very nice and creamy lasagne with a tomato sauce 🌈
Tasty “chicken” burger. I liked that I could order without gherkins :) I also thought the fires were much better than at other fast food restaurants. Cheap compared to some vegan burgers
Lovely family owned restaurant in Farnham. They have one vegan pizza option but I asked for a caprino just without the dairy cheese and with their vegan mozzarella instead. They were very nice about it and it was delicious more
Very tasty and flaky swirl. They also make traditional vegan cinnamon rolls and all the drinks can be made with plant based milks. I had a nice hot chocolate :)
As someone who loves kale, tenderstem broccoli and garlic I loved this. Comes with great imitation steaks and smoky ham
