Coconut Curry Bitterballs

Bitterballen are traditional to the Netherlands and something I’ve never had before. Not my favourite but if you grew up eating these I’m sure they’d make you happy!

Traditional Dutch "bitterballlen" veganized! It's deep fried, so super crunchy outside, with a creamy filling. Delicious.

I just love the bitterballs from this place ! Probably my most favorite side dish ever :) if there’s two of us who want to share the sides, I end up eating 5 out of the 6 pieces. Always !!!! The bitterballs are definitely worth a try even for non-vegans

This is seriously good! Can I give 6 stars? I miss bitterballen so much and this is a vegan version that is really close to the original. We had to order a few more serves of it!
