
An incredibly orginal substitute for traditional fish and chips made of banana blossom. It is tasty and nutritious, no so much as a perfect copy as flavour and texture are not as perfectly similar as they would be with a more processed product but definitely preferable and surprising in a positive way. I've got to say, however, that the best part was the vegan tartare sauce. I fully recommend trying these out when visiting the old and enchanted Plymouth Barbican streets.
Delicious banana blossom “fish”. Large portion, impressive texture, and once battered and dipped in sauce, a very good mock-cod.
