Tom Yum Club

Both times I've had this dish now I've shared it, and I discovered last time that its too tasty for sharing. A very tasty and original curry/soup in a sandwich. This is one of those sandwiches you have to figure out how to eat.

This sandwich was to die for! I’m gonna have dreams about it. The fusion of a Tom yum into a club sandwich is just genius. Layers of grilled tofu, capsicum and eggplant, Tom yum sauce and mayo, makes for a saucy, sweet and savoury bite.
