Cauliflower Cashew Mac

wowwww. they updated the cauli cashew mac to add some spice, and arugula and sweet

juicy lil tomatoes that just perfectly complement the flavor profile. it's filling, delicious, and well plated. one of my favorite vegan pasta dishes I've ever had!!!
