Cheesecake

this was pretty good! if i'm not wrong the filling is made from cashew. doesn't exactly taste like cheesecake but nice creamy texture with a subtle citrus zing.

TRAGIC DELIVERY!! (Ordered via makan-guru n I think the delivery guy put this directly on top of his engine....it came looking wrecked n warm - can't fault the restaurant tho....) I ate half of it warm which was a bad idea - but after refrigeration, it tasted pretty good. There's a slight citrusy flavour and the crust was not too sweet (:

I was really craving some cheesecake but this was honestly quite disappointing 😭😭 I don't really have much experience with vegan desserts especially cakes but this had a consistency between jelly and firm tofu and did not have a cheesey texture or any other semblance to it at all 🤧 it was a bit bland too but the jam on top helped make it a bit tastier... would not get it again 😫

My friend and I ordered a slice of chocolate cake and cheesecake to share. The cheesecake was good!! I am a huge fan of cheesecakes so vegan cheesecakes to me are wonderful creations. I enjoyed the lemon-y tanginess provided by the bits of lemon zest and the texture was smooth as well. The cake and the cookie layer went very well together and both my friend and I enjoyed it very much :)

Light and perfect for me because it is not creamy and jelat-ty ( a feeling that makes you filled and nauseous) #crf
