A gorgeous pasta dish! Perfectly cooked rigatoni (one of my fave small pasta shapes) in a rich, tomatoey, bacony sauce. These days I can’t seem to find good vegan grated Parmesan in the shops, so this was a really nice treat. This dish was delicious, the pasta was well cooked and the homemade bacon bits weren't too chewy or salty, they added a nice bite and texture to the dish. Would order again.
