Fried Baby Eggplant

This is one of my top three favourites from Smith & Daughters. It is sweet and spicy and sticky, the depth of flavour is moorish.

This came recommended, but I have to stay it is not as good and as outstanding as the rest of the menu that we tried. It was overall too oily with not so much flavor. The plate was not empty by the end of the dinner.
