Sesame Soontofu

This hearty non-spicy tofu stew really doesn’t photograph well and looks like 🤮 lolol but I promise it doesn’t taste like it. The tofu was soft and silky, almost scrambled egg like in texture, which makes me wonder why the default comes with one. So be sure to omit the egg when ordering to #veganize it.

Tasty soup that goes very well with Korean sticky rice. It's a pity the restaurant doesn't serve vegan/vegetarian side dishes. I ended up munching on the sole vegetarian-friendly side dish: roasted seaweed sheets.

Silky tofu with seaweed in sesame broth. Comfort food. You can ask for eggless option (default is with egg).
