Teriyaki seaweed beancurd don

The texture of the beancurd was so interesting and yummy, I was thinking it might be like the tofunagi that I tried at Lucky Cat, but it was thinner and more firm!

This was so so. Wished the Don had a little more taste. Seaweed patty wasn’t too bad. And the vegan mayonnaise was pretty tasty. Which made up for the otherwise lacklustre experience

Crunchy and nutritious, with well-balanced flavours. A solid option in my books!
