Cauliflower Steak

My favorite dish at Reds! Absolutely packed with flavor with a masala glaze on the cauliflower. Love the pomegranate seeds and balsamic glaze. I’m completely full and yet I’m drooling again just looking at my own photos 😅😅 They change up the accompaniments from time to time, and today’s was a quinoa fricassee - basically it was mostly veggies … if you squint real hard you can see the quinoa 😅😅

Delicious! However, a very very small portion since it’s just half a small cauliflower and a small bit of quinoa on the side. Get ready to munch on more appetizers
