My favorite dish at Reds!
Absolutely packed with flavor with a masala glaze on the cauliflower. Love the pomegranate seeds and balsamic glaze.
I’m completely full and yet I’m drooling again just looking at my own photos 😅😅
They change up the accompaniments from time to time, and today’s was a quinoa fricassee - basically it was mostly veggies … if you squint real hard you can see the quinoa 😅😅

I am happy to see they have a legit option now! I went like 4ish years ago when they first opened that location and they had this watery tiny mushroom soup and I got fries...it was sad. Lol
