Purezza’s Mac’n’Cheese was easily some of the best vegan mac I’ve ever had the pleasure
of eating. This is exactly how vegan mac should taste! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been let down by very mediocre mac at different places. This always bums me out because I imagine if a non-vegan tried these mac’s, they’d write off veganism without a second thought. Purezza’s mac is creamy how mac should be, not dry and covered in nooch. It is seasoned to perfection and, even better, topped with a little piece of vegan bacon. I can’t recommend trying their mac enough! Of course, one has to also order their wood-fired pizza while there, but definitely order a side of mac to enjoy with your pizza. You will not regret it!
