No Mapo

Based on the traditional “mapu-tofu” sichuan dish, they nailed the breezy flavours. Should have been spicier, and I think they foresook the original greesy sloppy mess for the modern aesthetic cube . Didn’t come with rice (!) which is weird , but I just ordered some

Wow!! This restaurant is incredible. This eggplant mapo was soooo yummy. Perfect eggplant, with a substitution pork that tasted so meaty. Very impressed.

Outstanding!!! This eggplant dish is so tasty!! Highly recommend. Pricey, but worth it.
