Very happy this non vegan restaurant had some choices. I love dansak spices !
Well the hotel breakfast buffet did have alternate milks, they had muesli and fruits and veggies. Easy to make avocado toast !

It was close to the original - maybe needed even more lemon grass
I don’t think I’ve ever had this before - and that is saying a lot since I love Thai food. Great states punctuated by a soup like sauce - loved it
I think there is extra coconut milk in this since it was extra creamy and great. Not spicy/ but you could add spice if you want.
