Bamnut Waffle with vegan Cheese

So glad to see that MCC is back and running at TPY! Was also really intrigued to see an option for waffles with vegan cheese, so we had to try it. We paired it with chocolate ice-cream and I was blown away by the compatibility of flavours!! The chocolate and cheese worked so well together with the crispy waffles, each mouthful an irresistible combination of sweet and savoury 🤤 reminded me a little of martabak manis with chocolate and cheese!

The Bamnut waffles are really good, crunchy outside and soft inside. And I opted to add vegan cheese which is added in the waffle and gives it a savoury taste. Had it with cempedak ice cream. Super yummy!
