Very nourishing feel. Heat of double boiled soup well preserved. If you are expecting a

vegetably taste from the kale, there is none. Lots of fungus. Healthy and very low sodium! #crf

The broth was tasty and choc full of mushrooms, noodles and other veg. A substantial

dish, and a really interesting take on a traditional broth. #crf

This is very fresh tasting and a beautiful green color from the pureed kale.

Kale broth with strand of black wood ear fungus and beancurd skin. The aftertaste did

feel a bit dry but I might be a bit too sensitive to salt.
