Mint gelato with Cacao nibs

Finally got to try gelato from lilac oak on recent warm days. Picked mint because it is one of my favourite flavour. It was a decent cone of gelato - not too sweet yet doesnt compromise on taste. I think it can be more creamy but I hadnt had enough gelatos to compare it fairly.

Lighter than the dairy version I used to have as a kid. But still so awesome!

I thought the chia seed cone was light compared to regular cones; sweetened with what tasted like honey to me (but being vegan that would not have been honey). My hubby thinks the mint flavour could be more potent. Gelato was good otherwise.
