We returned to this restaurant in #lapalma because of a #vegandish we liked so much, only to find out it had been replaced with another creative dish. The "nest" in the name is a concave shape made of deep-fried potato shreds that are super crunchy. Then inside was a medley of vegetables and Heura chckn chunks sauteéd with soy sauce. The veg mix included #redpepper, #greenpeppers, yellow and red #cherrytomatoes, #onion and #garlic. Yummy! Priced at 12,80€ for a filling plate of goodness.
The views are spectacular towards the cliffs, black sand beach and Atlantic. Note: this is the only vegan dish besides one potato starter and one salad.
