Vegetable Ramen

Wow, this was so colorful and filling! I wish the broth had a bit more flavor because it felt like it was just salty, but the texture of the noodles were so good. You can choose whether you have straight or wavy noodles and whether you want it very firm, firm, medium, or soft. There were also a variety of veggies!

I love Ramen and Hide chan ramen is a neighborhood favorite. They have a nice vegan option and you can add in other vegetables from a menu of items. Very flavorful broth!
