This is how the 5-sashimi platter looks like! The tuna sashimi was much more superior in taste and texture even w/o the need for soy sauce or wasabi as taste and texture enhancers. The tuna surprisingly had a meaty-fatty and smooth texture like a Chu-toro cut, while having a light and sweet seafood taste that was even better than most Akami. P.S. I’m not a fan of omni-tuna

When I first bit into this I was thoroughly worried that they had accidentally given me real Tuna Sashimi, that’s how similar it feels and tastes to the real thing! A must have when visiting Herbivore #veganisnotscary #vegansashimi #singapore
